5 Minute Zazen Practice


In the 5 minute sitting practice I guide you through the posture, breathing and hand mudra, and we finish with the stretches.

We then complete our practice with the Gassho, the hand gesture of respect and gratitude by placing the hands in the prayer position with palms flesh pressed together, fingertips in line with the nose, elbows out to the sides so the lower arms are parallel with the ground and we bow from the waist, keeping the back straight.
